材料
瘦猪肉150克,鸡蛋2个,黑木耳50克,蒜薹2根,盐,料酒,湿淀粉,油,姜,蒜,生抽,香油
做法
1.瘦猪肉切薄片,加少许盐、料酒、湿淀粉浆上腌制一会儿;黑木耳泡发后去掉根部,撕成小块备用;鸡蛋打散,蒜薹洗净切小段
2.炒锅注油加热,将打散的鸡蛋倒进去炒熟后盛出备用
3.炒锅重新放油加热,将肉丝放进去炒至变色
4.加入姜蒜末同炒
5.倒进少许生抽调味
6.放入木耳和蒜薹翻炒至熟
7.加入鸡蛋炒匀
8.加盐调味,淋香油出锅
想起郭德纲相声里的软溜肉片,感觉和木须肉很像 {:1_1:}{:1_1:}
